Learning the basics of infant care and what to expect will help you on your journey into early parenthood.

This pre-recorded virtual class is designed to review the basics of newborn care with parents-to-be. Topics include handling, bathing, feeding choices, diapering, swaddling and more. Common concerns discussed include: comfort measures, safe sleep, and car seat safety. This class is formatted as a webinar, which allows for learning from the comfort of your own home, as well as learning at your own pace according to your schedule.
