The postpartum period is an amazing time of great change. Learn what to expect during this time for yourself and your baby.

The postpartum period, or the immediate time after you've birthed your baby, is a wonderful and monumental period of time. In this pre-recorded virtual class you will learn the changes associated with becoming a mother both physically and emotionally.  Addressing things like the physical changes to the body of a woman after she has had her baby, the emotional changes associated with becoming a parent, the evolution of your relationship with a partner, amongst other topics, will  help to prepare you for this amazing time.

This virtual class is a webinar format, which allows you to learn from the comfort of your own home and according to your own schedule. Access to online class content will be granted upon online registration and payment. The virtual event link can be found in the email provided. Sarah worked as a labor/delivery RN for 5 years. She is a certified childbirth educator through PCE, and started teaching in October 2017.
