Gaining evidence-based knowledge of the labor/birth process is not only comforting, but empowers you to have the best birth experience possible.
This three-part class will prepare you for the birth of your baby by exploring the stages of labor/birth, labor coping techniques, relaxation skills, and medical interventions such as induction of labor, epidurals, and cesarean birth. Time is spent on discussion, videos, and practicing labor coping mechanisms. This class is designed for the mother-to-be and one labor support person of her choice. We meet 3 consecutive Monday’s of each month.

This course does include a free registration for the Postpartum: What to Expect After Birth virtual class. You will receive your companion book in class, and receive the separate virtual class link via email after registering for this class.

Sarah worked as a labor/delivery RN for 5 years. She is a certified childbirth educator through PCE, and started teaching in October 2017.
This is the regular class fee per couple.
